You will see that we take great care to select products that support sustainable living, and are

We offer many excellent products such as hand made ceramics; exquisite linen sheets and handmade jewellery. There are also many items that are exclusive to us. and then there are our one off artist creations like the hand crocheted children’s toys made locally and the gorgeous Maaike dolls made from reclaimed cardigans.

 

EXTENSIVE RANGES

Some ranges we carry are very extensive; these include Aesop skincare and te mono wallets. If you would like to purchase items from these ranges please contact us your requirements and we will be happy to assist you.

We both need to have absolute confidence that your personal information and payment details are safe and secure, that’s why we chose Paypal to provide that service. If you would like more information on Paypal you can get it here: www.paypal.com

GIFTWRAPPING AND NOTECARDS

iShould you be sending your purchase as a gift we will wrap it for you and enclose a card with your message. Simply let us know you would like us to do this in the comments section as you checkout.

CURRENCY

All prices are in Australian dollars.

POSTAGE AND SHIPPING

Within Australia: we have a standard postage rate of $10. There is an exception on a few products such as large items. If you purchase bulky items we will quote you on the cost prior to finalising the sale to make sure you are happy with with the cost.

International: we are happy to arrange international shipping anywhere in the world. when we receive your order we will obtain the international shipping cost for the parcel at standard rates. We will then forward you a separate e-invoice for that amount less the $10 you will have already paid as part of our standard checkout process. If you are not happy with the shipping cost we will simply provide you with a refund.

We've had a few customers who have a personal UPS or FedEx account. Should you prefer to use this option we are happy to make arrangements at this end for collection when you provide the account information.

Bulky items: large items, such as linen, will incur higher postage fees. When you have placed your order we will calculate the postage/shipping cost and forward you a separate e-invoice for that amount, less the $10 you will have already paid as part of our standard checkout process.If you are not happy with the shipping cost we will simply provide you with a refund.if you have a personal UPS or FedEx account you prefer to use we are happy to make arrangements at this end for collection when you provide the account information.

 

HANDCRAFTED CREATIONS

We have a number of products which are handcrafted, one-off pieces. When these items sell we will update our site as soon as practicable. as you can appreciate, at times there may be a cross over with two people ordering the same item. should this occur the sale will be finalised with the first purchaser. A full refund and our heartfelt apologies will be sent to the following purchaser.
